Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed on the following legal grounds:

• Consent — when registering an account
• Contract performance — when providing paid services
• Legitimate interest — for security and service improvement

Data processing includes: collection, recording, organization, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Service:

• Email address — when you register an account (registration is optional)
• Uploaded files — video and audio files submitted for processing
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, OS, pages visited (via Yandex Metrica)
• Error data — automatically collected via Sentry for diagnostics
• Cookies — technical cookies for sessions and analytics

We do not collect payment data directly — all payments are processed via YooKassa.

2. How We Use Data

Collected data is used exclusively for:

• Processing your files — transcription, profanity detection, and censoring
• Account support — authentication, processing history, settings
• Improving the Service — error analysis, performance, and user experience

3. File Processing and Third Parties

We use third-party providers for speech recognition:

• Third-party speech recognition services — for audio transcription
• Yandex Metrica (metrika.yandex.ru) — web analytics

Audio data is transmitted to providers solely for transcription and is not used for model training. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We follow a minimal retention principle:

• Uploaded files are automatically deleted after processing
• Processed results are available for download for a limited time, then deleted
• Account data is retained until the user deletes their account

Under applicable data protection laws (152-FZ, GDPR) you have the right to:

• Right of access — request a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction — restrict the processing of your data
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object — object to certain types of processing
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time

6. Cookies

We use technical cookies for authentication and sessions, as well as analytics cookies (Yandex Metrica). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Service functionality.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS/TLS encryption, restricted server access, automatic file deletion. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

8. International Data Transfers

Transcription providers may process data outside the EEA. Transfers are based on:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
• Adequacy decisions
• User consent to use the Service

9. Children

The Service is not intended for persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child has provided us with data, please contact us for deletion.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the update date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
