Terms of Service

This document constitutes a public offer by Nizami A. Dzhumaev, TIN 645504695070, self-employed under the Professional Income Tax regime (hereinafter — the Provider), addressed to any individual (hereinafter — the Client). Using the Service or paying for services constitutes acceptance of this offer.

1. Subject

The Provider delivers automated video and audio profanity detection and censoring services via VideoCensor (videocensor.net). The scope of services is determined by the selected plan.

Plans, pricing, and limits are published at videocensor.net/pricing and form an integral part of this offer.

2. Acceptance and Service Delivery

Acceptance of the offer occurs upon:

• Account registration — for the free plan
• Payment of the selected plan or minute pack — for paid services

The service is deemed rendered when the processed file is made available for download.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are determined by the current plans at videocensor.net/pricing. Payments are processed via YooKassa. The Provider does not store payment card data.

Subscriptions are billed for 30-day periods. With auto-renewal enabled, charges occur automatically 24 hours before the current period expires.

4. Refunds

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

• Technical inability to deliver the service due to Provider fault — full refund
• Client cancellation before processing begins — full refund
• Early subscription termination — prorated for the unused period

To request a refund, email support@videocensor.net with your account email. Processing time: 10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

The Client agrees to:

• Upload only files they have legal rights to
• Not use the Service for processing illegal content
• Not attempt to bypass technical limitations or disrupt the Service
• Not use automated tools for bulk requests

6. Service Limitations

The Service has the following limitations:

• Maximum file size is determined by the selected plan
• Results are available for download for a limited time, then deleted
• Recognition accuracy depends on audio quality and is not guaranteed at 100%

7. Intellectual Property

The Client retains all rights to uploaded and processed files. VideoCensor, including its source code, design, and brand, is the intellectual property of the Provider.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or 100% recognition accuracy.

The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the current billing period. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or reputational harm.

9. Client Responsibility

The Client is fully responsible for uploaded content. The Client agrees to indemnify the Provider against losses arising from the Client's violation of these terms or third-party rights.

10. Termination

The Provider may suspend or terminate the Client's access for terms violation, abuse, or other justified reasons. If terminated by the Provider — a refund is issued for the unused period.

11. Personal Data

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy (videocensor.net/privacy) and applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing Law

This offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing that, in court at the Provider's location.

13. Changes

The Provider may modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
